
Gregory Pence is an American bioethicist, author, and public speaker.
He has published essays in Newsweek, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Chronicle of Higher Education, and Wall Street Journal.
His books include Pandemic Bioethics, Overcoming Addiction, Medical Ethics: Accounts of Ground-Breaking Cases (2024 release), and What Went Wrong: America’s Covid Response and Lessons for the Future (Rowman & Littlefield, April 2025).
